Sarah Harrison’s debut novel The Flowers of the Field, set in the Great War, was an international bestseller. Since then she has published a further two dozen successful novels in a wide variety of genres. As a broadcaster she was a long-term panellist on Radio Four’s Stop the Week with Robert Robinson and on the book panel of Five Live’s Simon Mayo Programme. She has appeared on Question Time and Any Questions.
These days she is also an entertainer. As a stand-up she was a semi-finalist in Funny Women, and winner of Silver Stand-Up best newcomer. Three years ago she launched Pulsatillas, a revue group performing their own original material.
Her most recent novel is The Wildflower Path (Orion), third in the trilogy that began with The Flowers of the Field.
