Evelyn’s interest in drama began while she was a student at Mountview Theatre School, London (later it became the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts). This was followed by a teaching qualification in Educational Drama. These experiences informed her work in the following areas:
Acting and production with the Apollo Theatre, Newport, Isle of Wight
Teaching educational drama in schools in the UK and overseas
Running youth and adult theatre workshops in the UK and France

The workshops will run across all three days of the festival. Booking is essential as numbers are limited. You will explore a wide range of skills that could be useful for any budding actor, or more generally, for developing your communication. Most of all they will encourage team work, confidence building, and will be great fun!
The workshops are standalone or you can book all six. The intention is that they will culminate in a short production. There will be a bring and share picnic on the Saturday afternoon.
